During yesterday’s military exercises and before the drills we discussed with the fleet’s commander and his team not only the objectives for yesterday’s exercises, but also the recent developments within your area of responsibility. It’s clear that the main objectives are being met in the course of the special military operation, but our responsibility is to ensure the security of the Russian state across all borders and territories.
This is a challenging territory. Yesterday, the commander reviewed the situation in the region, and I fully agree with his assessment. I would like to hear your reports and proposals on additional measures for enabling you and your personnel to be as effective as possible in delivering on our shared objectives.
Let us begin our work.
