Vladimir Putin has signed an Executive Order On Signing a Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on Forming a United Electricity Market of the Union State.
The President issued an order to accept a proposal put forward by the Government to sign the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on forming a united electricity market of the Union State.
According to the order, during the talks on signing the above Treaty and in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Energy is allowed to make amendments, which are not of fundamental nature, to the draft approved by the Government.
“Consider it practicable to sign at the top level the Treaty provided for by this order,” the document reads.
