The Russian delegation has completed its work at the 30^th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30), held in Belem, Brazil, on November 10–21, 2025. A key outcome of the session was the adoption of a balanced package of decisions that does not undermine the national interests of energy-producing states.

In accordance with Federal Law On Commissioners for Children's Rights in the Russian Federation, Children’s Ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova has submitted her 2024 annual report to the President. The report details the results of her activities, including the analysis of citizens’ appeals, results of monitoring, strategic programmes’ outputs, and proposals concerning legislative amendments.

During her trip, she met with the region’s Governor Oleg Kozhemyako, held a personal reception for families with children, and chaired a meeting with representatives of the system for the prevention of social orphanhood.
