The message reads, in part:
“The Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea have built a solid track record of constructive cooperation in various spheres and of working together on the most urgent matters on the international agenda. I hope that as the head of state you will bring about further advances in our bilateral relations for the benefit of our peoples and for stronger security and stability on the Korean Peninsula and in Northeast Asia as a whole.”
