Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On One-Time Payments to the Citizens of the Russian Federation Decorated with the Medal For the Defence of Leningrad or the Badge of Resident of Besieged Leningrad on the Occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the Complete Liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi Siege.
In connection with the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi siege, the President resolved to make a one-time payment in the amount of 50,000 rubles in December 2023 – January 2024 to citizens of the Russian Federation decorated with the medal For the Defence of Leningrad or the badge of Resident of Besieged Leningrad, who reside permanently in the Russian Federation, in the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Estonia, on the territories of the Republic of Abkhazia, the Republic of South Ossetia and in Transnistria.
Corresponding instructions have been given to the Russian Government.
