The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol Introducing Amendments to the Agreement on the Status of the Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States of July 6, 1992.
The Protocol was signed on behalf of the Russian Federation in Moscow on July 17, 2017.
The Protocol aims to optimise the activity of the Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The Protocol envisages, in particular, that the Economic Court of the Commonwealth of Independent States shall consider specific cases in an ad hoc format.
