Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Declaring Parts 2 and 9 of Article 51 of the Federal Law On Banks and Banking Activities No Longer in Force.
The Federal Law provides for granting banks with a basic licence the right to open correspondent accounts with foreign banks on a permanent basis.
