Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 83 and 84 of Part One of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law aims to simplify the procedure for registering a foreign organisation with the tax authority.
In particular, when a foreign organisation opens an account with a Russian bank, it can be registered on the basis of an application submitted to the tax authority by that bank.
