Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the organisers, participants and guests of the 15th Annual International Conference, Hybrid Technologies in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases.
The message reads, in part:
“Over the years, your traditional forum has gained a reputation as one of the most authoritative international scientific and medical platforms in the field of cardiovascular surgery and cardiology. Outstanding participants and a rich and informative agenda allow you to discuss current professional problems at a high expert level and assess the importance of joining the efforts of specialists from different countries to develop advanced, effective strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of dangerous diseases, and the widespread introduction of innovative technologies and approaches into clinical practice.
Let me stress that Russia pays increased attention to the development of these priority areas of healthcare. Specialised cardiovascular surgery centres have been opened in many regions, employing worthy and talented representatives of the domestic medical community. And of course, I would especially like to note the highly qualified care that many of you provide to participants in the special military operation.
I am confident that the conference will be held in a fruitful manner and will help strengthen international humanitarian cooperation.”
