The President signed Federal Law On Ratifying the Extradition Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Thailand.
The Extradition Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Thailand was signed in Moscow on October 23, 2024.
The agreement stipulates that the parties undertake to extradite persons located on the territory of the requested party and wanted by the requesting party for the purposes of criminal prosecution, sentencing or enforcing a sentence for an extraditable offence.
