Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 5 and 51 of the Federal Law On Counterterrorism.
The Federal Law is aimed at improving the coordination of activities of territorial agencies of federal executive bodies, executive authorities of the Russian Federation regions and local governments to prevent terrorism, as well as to mitigate the effects of terrorist attacks on the territories of municipalities and to provide relief in their aftermath.
