The President signed Federal Constitutional Law On Amending Article 4 of the Federal Constitutional Law On the National Flag of the Russian Federation.
Under the Federal Constitutional Law, the National Flag of the Russian Federation should permanently fly on the buildings of educational organisations, regardless of their form of ownership, or be permanently installed on their grounds.
