Dmitry Medvedev signed the Federal Law On Amendments to Article 15.25 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation and Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 3.5 and 15.25 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Medvedev signed the Federal Law On Amendments to Article 6 of the Federal Law On Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation and Federal Law On Procedures for Foreign Investments in Business Entities of Strategic Importance for National Defence and National Security.

The President of Russia answered questions from summit participants, including about Russia's accession to the WTO, the prospects for economic cooperation with Japan, increasing deliveries of Russian gas to China, and measures to stabilise the situation in the eurozone.
