Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants in the First Forum of Regional Filmmaking “New Vector” in the Kaliningrad Region.
The message reads, in part:
“It is gratifying that your project is joining the interesting and substantive forums that are taking place in our country. The forum is designed to bring filmmakers together from various regions of Russia to exchange experience and best practices and promote the wonderful humanistic, spiritual, moral and education traditions that our multi-ethnic culture is rightfully known for. And, of course, the main mission of the forum is to search for talent, provide professional and information support, and strengthen the creative potential of regional film studios and the domestic film industry in general.”
