The Russian President called President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to share his opinion about the outcome of the Russia-US top-level meeting in Anchorage.
Emomali Rahmon welcomed the efforts to achieve a political and diplomatic solution to the Ukrainian crisis.
The presidents also discussed bilateral relations, as well as preparations for the Russian President's state visit to Tajikistan, the Russia–Central Asia Summit, and the CIS Heads of State Council Meeting. The events will take place in Dushanbe in October.
