For many years, your wise pastoral guidance has been a source of unity for society, calling for compassion, kindness, and justice, while providing people with solid spiritual support.

I would particularly like to commend your efforts in supporting our heroes – participants in the special military operation, as well as educating the younger generation, reinforcing noble moral and patriotic values, upholding family ideals, and preserving the unique historical and cultural heritage that Russia rightfully cherishes.”
