A delegation of the Presidential Executive Office led by Aide to the President Dmitry Mironov visited the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
During its visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam the delegation headed by Aide to the President Dmitry Mironov had meetings in Hanoi with Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate Doan Hong Phong.
The sides exchanged views on a wide range of issues dealing with countering corruption and signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Presidential Civil Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption Directorate and the Government Inspectorate of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The Russian delegation led by Dmitry Mironov laid a wreath at the mausoleum of the leader of the Vietnamese national liberation movement and first President of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh and visited the Memorial Complex.
Both sides expressed mutual interest in developing bilateral cooperation in combatting corruption.
Aide to the President Dmitry Mironov invited his Vietnamese partners to pay a return visit to Russia.
