The President wished the elected President of Serbia and Montenegro, Svetozar Marovic, luck in doing his job during the period of establishing a new Serbian-Montenegrin state. Accomplishing this process quickly is of common interests and will consolidate peace and stability on the Balkans, said Mr Putin.
The President expressed confidence that friendly relations and political dialogue and mutual beneficial cooperation would still be primary and would be developed for the prosperity of two countries’ people.
