Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to participants and guests of the Ninth Nationwide Forum National Qualifications System of Russia.
The message reads, in part:
“I would like to note that, over the years, your expert platform has promoted effective dialogue between the state, businesses, educational and trade unions on issues of strengthening the country’s human resource potential. This direct interaction, based on industry demand and the needs of enterprises and companies, helps promote modern education standards, raise the quality of vocational training programmes, and improve employment patterns. Of course, it also sets benchmarks for young people as to what knowledge, expertise, and skills are needed to achieve success in any given career.”
