Greetings to participants of the 10th Russian Labour Safety Week

September 15, 2025

Vladimir Putin sent his greetings to the participants in the 10th Russian Labour Safety Week held at Sirius University.

The message reads, in part:

“Your traditional meetings bring together representatives of government agencies, businesses, expert communities, and labour safety specialists. As part of this jubilee event, you will address a broad range of issues, including the improvement of relevant legislation and state oversight mechanisms, the prevention of occupational diseases, and the protection of workers’ interests whose activities involve heightened health risks. You will also exchange experience and put forward new approaches to solving existing challenges.

Today, amidst dynamic economic development, the introduction of advanced technologies, the emergence of future-oriented industries, and the creation of new-quality jobs, labour safety requires innovative approaches. The wellbeing of each worker and their families, as well as people’s health and life expectancy, directly depend on the success of this work. And, of course, our shared objective, and the central task of state-business partnership, is to strengthen the principles and foundations of a culture of labour safety.”
