The Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation held extended meetings of the Presidential Council for Culture and Art interdepartmental commissions on November 17 and 19, 2015. In addition to Council members, participants in the events held in preparation for the next meeting of the Presidential Council for Culture and Art, scheduled for the end of 2015, included representatives from ministries and departments, workers in culture and the arts, and leading academics, experts and specialists.

Presidential Aide and Deputy Chairman of the Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport Igor Levitin held the final session of the working group for preparing the joint meeting of the Presidential Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport and the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Organising Committee. The topic of the final meeting is Developing Football in the Russian Federation, Providing Athletic Infrastructure Taking Into Account Preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Vladimir Putin took part in the plenary session of the fifth World Congress of Compatriots Living Abroad.

Aide to the President, Chairman of the Commission for the Development of General Aviation Igor Levitin held a meeting on the implementation in the Southern Federal District of recommendations regarding the development of general aviation issued by the Transport Ministry and approved by the Commission for the Development of General Aviation.
